At Aloha Aina Wellness Center, our philosophy is that good health is the natural human state. Colon Hydrotherapy addresses the root causes of disease and health issues, rather than relying on pharmaceuticals that only treat symptoms.
Unfortunately, it is not enough to rely solely on nutrition and exercise to maintain good health. Like any physical structure, our body must be maintained routinely. Despite our best efforts, toxins from our food, environment, emotions, and heredity accumulate in our bodies, creating an acidic environment. How Does the 10-Day Cleanse Help?
Our exclusive 10-Day Cleanse assists in cleansing the entire colon by removing severely adherent, hard and toxic waste material, which has been trapped in the intestine and is a source of many health problems. Individuals will participate in 10 consecutive days of colon hydrotherapy (2-hour sessions each day). This series of colonics gently and gradually clears 5 feet of the colon, removing impacted fecal matter, toxins, and parasites. This process helps to restore and rejuvenate every cell in your body.

We use the most client-friendly, comfortable, state-of-the-art colon hydrotherapy equipment available on the market today; the Libbe System, a Class 2 Medical Device approved by the FDA. Our clients receive an orientation session prior to the 10-Day Cleanse in which they are given complete information on the procedure, the equipment that is used, and instructions on how to obtain the best results from colon hydrotherapy.
Each session is attended by a Certified Advanced Colon Hydrotherapist and Dr. Mary. During the 10-Day Cleanse, our clients receive daily guidance on the importance of the colon and the role it plays in maintaining good health, as well as encouragement and loving support.

Meals
During the cleanse, you are provided gourmet meals daily by our in-house chef. Our meals are prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. Participants say they can hardly believe they're "cleansing" by eating these delicious foods. Don't worry, you'll be provided all of the recipes cooked for you when you receive your Graduation Packet at the end of the 10 days, so you may recreate these delicious, life-giving foods at home!

We also schedule our 10-Day Cleanse clients to receive full-body, 2-hour therapeutic massage sessions at Aloha Aina Wellness Center. Our Therapeutic Massage Therapist skillfully massages your problem areas to enable you to experience better release of built-up waste.

Throughout our lives, we become inundated by stress, expectations, and trauma. We amass negative emotions like guilt, resentment, fear, worry, anger, and more. The effects of this emotional build-up aren't limited to our psychological experience and have a direct impact on our physical health and well-being. While cleansing the body is helpful and necessary, this is not the end of the story. We must also purge our emotional toxicity. As the body releases these toxins in the colonic hydrotherapy process, emotional blocks are also released. In our program, you are encouraged and supported to process these changes in a loving environment. Past participants report feeling incredible release from old thought patterns, an increased sense of well-being and emotional stability, and more.

Our Clinic
Aloha Aina Wellness Center is situated on the coast of the cerulean blue Pacific Ocean near Pahoa, on the Big Island Hawaii. This is indeed a healing destination. Many of our clients like to take walks in the area, breathing in the fresh sea air as they enjoy the beautiful scenery. Our pool is also available daily for a refreshing, relaxing and invigorating swim.
Not far away is the beautiful Red Road, which provides a few scenic pullouts where you can commune with the ocean, before it snakes through the jungle which is replete with overhanging trees and lush vegetation.
